Why should I use you if I can already shop for Promotional Products online?
My role as your personal Branding Consultant is to work with you on not only selecting the best possible products for your business, but also to be your partner in strategizing how you use them.
I will work with you personally on creating marketing campaigns beyond stamping their logo on a random product.
My goal is to be here for you as a resource and friend in the industry. Even if you don't have an order open with me. I'm always happy to sit in during your team meetings or brainstorm ideas!
What do your services cost?
My services as a Design Consultant are absolutely free of charge, meaning you will only pay the cost for the products you choose to proceed with.
When do I pay for my products?
If you are a new customer, payment for your products will typically be due in full once the order is placed. Returning customers with a history of paid orders are eventually granted an open credit line. Orders above $5000.00 are eligible for a 50% deposit + remaining invoice payment plan.
If you are an established business and/or would like to establish credit terms up front, our billing team will work with you to begin an application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check and money order.
How soon will I receive my products?
The standard turnaround time for most custom projects is 5-7 Business Days + Transit Time after Proof Approval. Rush production, as well as delayed shipment orders are available on request.
I already have promotional products. Can I order the same ones with you?
Absolutely. We will just need a sample or images of your current product.
Will you price match?
I am happy to price match any written offer you have, to the best of my ability :)
